Havering Education Services (HES) has been shortlisted for the UK Customer Experience Awards 2019 (CXA) in the Product or Service Development category.
CXA is a national awards programme that recognises organisations and individuals who strive to enhance their customer experience through innovative means. The awards will celebrate its tenth anniversary this year and span across industries with large organisations such as Aldi, Sky, O2, and DHL all being shortlisted for the awards.
HES’ shortlisting is an important achievement and is testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams and a thriving partnership model that is helping to enhance our offer to schools and settings. The shortlisting recognises our continued effort to strive for the best experience for our customers in Havering and beyond.
