Reducing Parental Conflict Training

The London Borough of Havering is currently offering free ‘Reducing Parental Conflict’ training to frontline and partner agency professionals.

 

The Reducing Parental Conflict programme aims to support professionals identify and challenge Parental Conflict, understand the lasting impact it has on children and deliver early intervention to reduce the possibility of families requiring intensive services in the future.

The course will cover:
• Recognising and supporting parents in parental conflict
• Working with parents in parental conflict
• Parental Conflict: The role of supervisors and managers (Manager/supervisor modules only)


This offer is open to any of our partners within education services inclusive of but not limited to:
• Pastoral Leads
• SENCO’s 
• Home School Support Workers
• Transition Leads
• Head of Year
• Head teachers/Deputy Head teachers
• Behaviour and Attendance Officers

13th December 2019 / 09:00 – 17:00
7th February 2020 (Managers Training) / 09:00 – 13:00 or 13:00 – 17:00
21st February 2020 / 09:00 – 17:00
6th March 2020 / 09:00 – 17:00
13th March 2020 (Managers Training) / 09:00 – 13:00 13:00 – 17:00

The training will be delivered from St Kilda’s Children Centre, 90 Eastern Road, Romford, RM1 3QA and due to limited capacity we can offer only one training position per school.
